Privacy Policy

Orbyt (“Orbyt”, “we”, “us”) is a 3D model hosting and sharing platform operated by MAAXSER. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use orbyt.maaxser.com and related services.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect details from your Google account (such as name, email address, and profile picture) through Google OAuth, processed via Supabase Auth.

Studio and profile data. Information you provide during onboarding, such as studio name, subdomain, and branding preferences.

Uploaded content. 3D model files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and viewer settings you upload or configure in your dashboard.

Usage data. We collect basic analytics about how the site is used, including page views and performance metrics. We also track link click counts for shared model URLs as part of plan limits.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We store subscription status and plan details; we do not store full card or bank details on our servers.

Contact and sales inquiries. If you submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, phone, project details).

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Orbyt platform
• Host, convert, and deliver your 3D models to viewers
• Authenticate you and manage your account and studio
• Process subscriptions and enforce plan limits
• Respond to support requests and sales inquiries
• Monitor site performance and understand product usage
• Send service-related emails (such as payment confirmations or inquiry replies)

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use third-party cookies for tracking and does not collect personally identifiable information for analytics purposes. We rely on trusted providers to operate Orbyt. These may process data on our behalf:

• Supabase - authentication, database, and application data
• Cloudflare R2 - storage and delivery of 3D model files
• Vercel - hosting and analytics
• Google - sign-in via OAuth
• Razorpay - payment processing for paid plans
• Zoho Mail - transactional and inquiry emails

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We only share the minimum data needed for them to perform their services.

We keep your account data and uploaded models for as long as your account is active. If you delete a model or close your account, we remove associated data within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal obligations.

You can update studio settings and delete models from your dashboard. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can sign out at any time from your account settings.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong Google account and keep your login credentials private.

Orbyt is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Orbyt after changes means you accept the updated policy.
