Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orbyt, a 3D model hosting and sharing platform operated by MAAXSER (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Orbyt at orbyt.maaxser.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Orbyt lets architecture studios and creators upload 3D models, configure viewer settings, and share them via branded links with clients and collaborators. Features vary by plan, including limits on models, file size, link clicks, AR/VR viewing, and branding options described on our pricing page.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time. During early access, the service may change frequently and may be offered with limited availability.

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. Provide accurate information when setting up your studio profile.

One person or organization may not use the service in a way that circumvents plan limits or creates multiple free accounts to avoid paid features.

You retain ownership of the 3D models, images, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, convert, display, and deliver Your Content solely to provide the service to you and to viewers you authorize.

You represent that you have the rights to upload and share Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, illegal content, or material that violates applicable law
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private links without permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform or its infrastructure
• Use Orbyt to spam, harass, or mislead viewers
• Resell or sublicense the platform without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that pose a security or legal risk.

Free and paid plans are described on our website. Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan and billing interval until you cancel.

Plan limits (such as model count, storage, and link clicks) are enforced automatically. Downgrading or canceling may restrict access to features or content that exceeds your new plan limits.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@maaxser.com for billing questions.

When you publish a model link, anyone with the URL (and password, if set) may view the model according to your settings. You are responsible for how and with whom you share links. Password protection and access controls vary by plan.

You may stop using Orbyt at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, though provisions that should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Orbyt is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free conversion of every file format, or compatibility with all devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAAXSER and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Orbyt.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you use a free plan.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
